If there is exactly one output parameter in the WSDL, WSDL2Ws makes that
the return parameter in the client stub. If there are multiple output
parameters in the WSDL, then WSDL2Ws makes them all output parameters in
the client stub and there is no return parameter.

How does the WSDL2WS tool distinguishes between a
return value and an out parameter when it's generating
client stub? The WSDL specs don't seem to specify
which "part" of a response message is a return value
and which "part" is a the output parameter?
