OK now I understand what you mean. We have not done any changes to
the core engine of the Java tool (We did not want to do that because of
the maintenance concerns)
Hence if you are looking for the latest WSDL core tool, then you
have to go with Axis Java, because they keep on changing and improving
the tool.
