Setting an attribute of a tag in the SERVER-RESPONSE has not been implemented
in the Server API.
Setting such an attribute for the SOAP-REQUEST on the client side is possible
with the setSOAPMethodAttribute call in the Stub API.Further details can be

This feature aims at mirroring the same functionality on the server side.
