fopen: r to rb

Does anyone have a problem of my changing

                m_pFile = fopen(m_pcWSDDFileName, "r");

to 

                m_pFile = fopen(m_pcWSDDFileName, "rb");

I do not think it is a problem...but I thought I would check.  On 
ebcdic-based systems, reading in text mode would result in the file 
getting converted to ebcdic, which is not what we want.  Otherwise, I can 
put an OS400 ifdef.
