Should now be fixed. Change involved file wsdl/org/apache/axis/wsdl/wsdl2ws/cpp/literal/BeanParamWriter.java. This was fixed at one time post release 1.5, version 1.63 of the file. I would implore committers to ensure that they do compares prior to committing anything.
