Need to automate the web page documentation extract/update/commit cycles so
that it can become part of a build script. At the moment, there is a ant
build.xml script in ws-axis/c/docs but this assumes that ws-axis/site and
ws-site have already been extracted. The build script also automatically runs
forrest and a web browser. In an automated script, the web browser is not
required. Finally, the web pages need to be updated and commited back into
CVS. Again, currently, this is not handled by the script.
