It'll hang because we there are known issues with attachment unit tests today. However, if you removed those tests I'm suspecting that the test framework quietly ignores the fact you don't have the server-side?

On Linux, sometime it hangs and sometimes it gives an exception.

I remove the attachment related files and then run as a workaround.
Using a list would have been a better option.
