Your ClientLogPath
("D:\Work\temp\axis-c-1.6a-Win32\deploy\log\ClientAxisLog.txt" ) should be the
trace file. This will get created when you run your application.
If this file has not been created then something else is going wrong.
Can you please confirm that in D:\Work\temp\axis-c-1.6a-Win32\bin are the new
trace enabled files?
