More test Failures when using VC7 Compiler

When running the tests against VC7, following tests are failing and showing
unknown excption.
AxisBench
HandlerTest4
UnitTest_RecurseTypes
XSDElement
XSD_boolean
XSD_gDay
XSD_int
XSD_short
Also following test will hang and shows applicaton error(The instruction at
'0x7....' referenced memory at '0x0000038'. The memory could not be 'written'.
Click on ok to terminate the program)
