[Axis2] Guththila empty tag bug

There is a bug in Guththila in handling empty tags.

It can handle
<author title="Mr" name="Axitoc Oman"/>
but not
<author title="Mr" name="Axitoc Oman" />
note the space before '/>' in the tag guththila cannot handle.
