debug error while execueting sample axis c++ client application

HI ALL,
Can any one help me please....
while compiling the sample programs of Axis c++ it is compiling and linking but
while execuetion an error message is displayed
The instruction at 0x0040175d referenced memory at 0x00000000 .
The memory could not be read.
and terminating.
I hav tried by giving the flag "/MD" in debug but same message is seen.
please help me in this regard....
