If I run another instance of simple axis server while one is already running,
the new instance takes over the log and deletes the earlier server instance's
log. This is really bad.
Running two simple axis2 servers on on the same repository? I think it
is bad practise to do that

Log is overwritten each time simple axis server starts

When I restart the simple axis server, the previous log is overwritten, Rather
the log should be continued, that is appended
