We have recently been seeing a number of problems on the mailing list with
problems building the CBindings.
1) The source and binary packages contain the Apache 1.3 and Apache 2.0 header
files (ok, this isn't strictly related to CBindings!)
2) The CBindings generation tool is attempting to instrument the Apache 1.3
and 2.0 header files.
