WODEN/C fails parsing some WSDLs

Woden failes in parsing following type of WSDLs.
1. WSDLs which namespace alias 'wsdl' is defined for
"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/"; namespace.
2. RPC Style WSDLs.
3. WODEN failed in extracting endpoint infromation from version 2 WSDLs.
