Following up on Nandika's previous message, I have a patch with all the
changes made.
It's about 512KB so I zipped it up and made it available at:
http://www.cdatazone.org/files/axis2-patch.zip
It really makes sense to do this, not only to be able to make windows
debug builds, but some of the free functions have already been changed
to free_fn in previous releases, so it would be a good thing to at least
be consistent throughout the code base.
