Cannot pass an Object to the Callback function

I want to pass an Object to the Callback function using C++. So I can acces the
object methods and properties through the callback function. But the current
Callback function prototypes does not have a mechanism to allow that.
Also with the current call back mechnism, there is no way that we can find out
weather the callback function is been called.
