Compilation error for generated c skeleton codes when wsdl contain service name
with '.' character [for example :net.xmethods.service.StockQouteService]

When wsdl has service name like net.xmethods.service.StockQouteService , the
generated c skeleton code give compilation errors. Because C code generator use
service name as part of Skeleton source function names and file names.
