[Axis2]addressing with svc client

Hi,
  If we need to use addressing with svc client, I don't understand the
  purpose of 

    AXIS2_SVC_CLIENT_ENGAGE_MODULE(svc_client, env,
  AXIS2_MODULE_ADDRESSING).
 
  Even though we engage addressing module using above function, without
  setting soap action it doesn't engaged. On the other hand if we set
  soap action, addressing module automatically engaged.

  I feel like no use of AXIS2_SVC_CLIENT_ENGAGE_MODULE when we need to
  engage addressing module. Do I miss something here ?
