The library names are hardcoded within the engine.
If looking for them in the source code, these are defined within the
platform specific files, for example on windows:

#define PLATFORM_TRANSPORTHTTP_PATH "HTTPTransport.dll"
#define PLATFORM_CHANNEL_PATH "HTTPChannel.dll"
#define PLATFORM_SSLCHANNEL_PATH "Unknown"
