Hi Devs,
I would like to propose Samisa Abesinghe as the release manager
for Axis2/C 1.0 release.
Samisa is an active committer for Axis2/C since its beginning
and have worked as the release manager for ealier
releases. Samisa has agreed to work as release manager for
Axis2/C 1.0 release.
