Yeah, I revised the code a bit in the patch I submitted, and the sample
isn't quite compatible with those revisions. I'll put together a build-able
sample and post it for others to look at. I've been tied up with some other
tasks for the past couple of days, but I'm hoping to put it together this
weekend.

I applied your patch on a branch at scratch area [1]. It
compiled and ran without any problem. I just tried to define
AXIS2_STATIC_DEPLOY and compile. It went well, but I'm unable
to build your sample. If you could please guide me to build
your sample. If everything goes well , we will be able to merge
this branch to trunk soon.
