Attachment: patch_buffer_exc
Added a buffer instead of the fixed arrays used in normalizing the attribute
and text nodes.
Fixed a bug in exclusive canonicalization:
<a xmlns:x="a"> <x:b/> </a>
when only <x:b> is canonicalized using exclusive algorithm, the namespace 'x'
needs to be declared since it is visibly utilized by <x;b>
