Please resolve/close Jiras that are already solved

I am trying to resolve/clean up open Jira issues. I see that some of the 
Jira issues, has been resolved by appling the patches supplied, but not 
marked resolved or closed.

It would be of great help if the devs can spare some time and 
resolve/close issues that have already been attended to. Saves time :)
