I also agree to put completion of C codegen tool to post 1.0 activity.
It seems it would take some time to improve it at least up to the
level of c code generation done with wsdl2java tool specially with
schema generation. I think 1.0 need not to be delayed  due to this.

So +1 for not including codegen to 1.0 release.

these libs. However the core engine are not dependant on them. Also C
based code generation tool is not maintained that well. We mostly patch
the Java based code generation tool. Unless we have volenteers to
maintain Woden, XMLSchema and C codegen tools, it is no point including
them in 1.0.
Also, if we wait tilll they are perfect to release 1.0, it would take
another 3-6 months to release 1.0. I do not think that does justice to
the core engine which is far more stable.
