The following minor issues were found in the Manual under "Appendix D"
1. Some of the options given in the document are different from what is given
in the samples. Please update the manual with the latest options.
2. The 20 options described in the document are duplicated meaning the full
description given from AXIS2_OPTIONS_SET_ACTION to
AXIS2_OPTIONS_SET_ENABLE_MTOM is repeated. Remove the part at the bottom since
the last option "AXIS2_OPTIONS_SET_ENABLE_MTOM" of the duplicated option set
contains invalid data
E.g.:- axis2_bool_t enable_mtom enable_mtom Aȱ
