Sandesha2/C Web site location

In line with the convention we have followed for Axis2/C and Rampart/C I 
propose that we put up the Sandesha2/C site at 
http://ws.apache.org/sandesha/sandesha2/c and not 
http://ws.apache.org/sandesha/sandesha2c.

This makes it consistent with
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/c
http://ws.apache.org/rampart/c
