Fix For: 1.6 Beta
We set our axiscpp configuration programatically, with AxisCPPConfigDefaults(),
but we still get:
Warning - The configuration file was not found
(/home/wjohnson/qpasa/etc/axiscpp.conf).
Appears to be no way to turn this off.
