JSON - Axis2C(GSoC)

Hi,

In JSON Support for Axis2C project I have completed the Badgerfish reader
which read the JSON string and convert it to relevant xml string.
In this case, there is an option of reusing a xml writer like 'Guththila' to
generate the xml. (i.e. Once we identify the elements/attributes of JSON
string we can call the relevant method to generate the XML)
