The installation guide for both binary and source distribution in Windows could
be improved to help better user experience.
I noticed the following (Correct me if I am wrong):
1. Guththila and libxml2 are not dealt in the same emphasis. According to the
guide, libxml2 is mandatory. Don't we need to make it optional?
2. Guide does not mention about libxslt
3. There's no reference to openssl which is used to provide client side TLS
4. There's no reference to libcurl which is used to provide client side HTTP
binding
5. There's no reference to how to install apache or iis module
