When using axis2_svc_client_fire_and_forget() function it breaks because of
passing a NULL pointer to the axis2_op_client_execute() method in
./src/core/clientapi/svc_client.c:571 , all need to do is assign the return
value to the op_client pointer in
axis2_svc_client_fire_and_forget_with_op_qname() function, at
./src/core/clientapi/svc_client.c:549
