+1 for 1.2
I think it's inevitable when Neethi/C is getting matured. Unless
Neethi/C become a separate project. (Which I don't see as an important
step at this moment).

Manjula has added some source headers yesterday to the trunk. So looks
like it has to be 1.2.0 and not 1.1.1.
Yes security policy implementation will grow as Rampart/C grows. Some
more header files may need to add to support WS-Secure Conversation and
WS-Trust.
