This issue is fixed in the current Axis2/Java source. You can download the
latest snapshot from
http://people.apache.org/dist/axis2/nightly/distribution-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
NOTE: currently the qname type fails interop tests in some senarios. I ll put a
comment in this jira, when it is fixed in the svn.
