Fix For: Current (Nightly)
Need to introduce a new function to convert an axiom_node to a string in a
non-optimized way. This is required, when the user needs to get the optimized
MTOM attachments as a base 64 encoded string. For example in the Encryption
process we need to provide the confidentiality for the attachment as well.
