Hi Mike,

That's great! You can go ahead and add an issue at [1], make sure that you
state the issue type as 'improvement' or 'new feature', depending on what
you do. You will basically have to attach an 'svn diff' of what you do.
You may attach a diff at any point of time during the development period
and update your attachment. Please note that it is not a must that you
have to complete your feature before attaching it. In order to do this,
you will have to work on the svn head, [2] rather than the source
distribution. Please make it a point to do an 'svn update' before creating
an svn diff to ensure your attachment is up-to-date with the latest svn
revision.

Once you have attached a patch, other developers will test it and let you
know of any improvements or inconsistencies. Finally a developer with
commit privileges will add your patch to the project.

Please feel free to ask any question regarding your development activity,
additional support or anything else regarding the project through the dev
list. You may optionally add a comment on the issue that you report.

> Our company has a need for Hot Deployment. This means we will be adding
> AXIS2C extensions that enable a service to be dropped into a directory
> beneath services, and have AXIS2C recognize it as a new service (while
> AXIS2C) is running. We will be also be adding extensions that enable
> "services.xml" to be updated while AXIS2C is up and running, so that new
> operations/deleted operations will be recognized. Our need is for AXIS2C
> to be up 24/7, and having hot deployment enables our customers to
> add/modify/delete web services as they need to.
>
> I would like to make these changes available to this group. What is the
> best way/procedure to do this?
