This is the scenario where we can't locate the service, op and then return that
HTML page for GET, HEAD and DELETE. I think we should rather return a 404 Not
found error. In terms of PUT and POST, we do get an exception object with a 500
server error. I guess it is rather a client error. Therefore the returned
status must be changed from 500 to 404 there too. Will do that after 1.3.0
release
