Senaka Fernando updated AXIS2C-1027:
------------------------------------
Description: axutil_uri parse methods won't recognize the absence of the
host part as a failure. But, we should according to RFC2396. The real issue is
when we actually output the string we output it without the host, making our
uri outputs invalid. (was: axutil_uri parse methods won't recognize the
absense of the host part as a failure. But, we should according to RFC2396. The
real issue is when we actually output the string we output it without the host,
making our uri outputs invalid.)
