Fixed Issue. However, will need to test this thoroughly to see whether they
appear in any other nature. :D...
BTW, did not modify sub-projects as we are not certain on whether they would be
a part of Axis2/C in the future or be separate Apache projects.
Also, COPYING != LICENSE is the norm
