Hi Nikola, There is a stiff competition for GSOC proposals in ASF as there are already many proposals. The decision is not only ours to select the proposals and ASF mentors from all other projects altogether vote for the best proposals and I'm sure there are many proposals of very good quality. So it is important that you include a detail and very clear proposal. Apart from that one thing that is missing in your proposal is the community involvement.
