Is this json support still being worked on?  The attached zip file seems to 
only have support for MS windows, which is completely useless for my purposes.  
What is the jaxc.dll file?  Where did that come from?

Also, the included patch has a ton of pointless whitespace changes (i.e. it 
adds a bunch of windows ^M characters).  Is it possbile to get a patch without 
that, ideally against the current version of axis?
