hi All,

For windows developers the earler solution works.

For linux developers you will how to remove building ipv6 from the
Makefile. (src/transport/axis2/Makefile.am). In my linux box it builds
but when apache module is loading it fails for some reason. I will have
to figure it out tommorrow.

This is a temporary solution to get things up and to keep things going.
