We no longer use CVS, so please use SVN link: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/axis/trunk/c/src/guththila/
You can get the C++ code from above link.
You can get the C implementation, yet to be commited to SVN, attached to the following Jira issue: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXISCPP-810

Thanks,
Samisa...

    hi Raj,

The first version of Guththila was in C++ for easy integration
with Axis C++. I'm not sure where they've put this code in Apache
cvs but I do know that it was integrated with Axis C++ some time back.

yes, Guththila is integrated with axis c++and we put it in apache CVS. Guththila sources could be found at

http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/ws-axis/c/src/guththila/

and

XMLParser implementation (which is required to integrate with axis c++) of Guththila could be found at

http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/ws-axis/c/src/xml/guththila/

Since Axis2 will be ported to C "in the near future", now
Guththila is being ported to C. Guththila presently supports "to
my knowledge" a subset of XML required for Soap processing and
    encodings.

Latest version of Guththila C version , didn' t commit to cvs yet it is still as jira attachment.

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXISCPP-810

If you need other XML features not supported by Guththila please
get in touch with us.

yes of course , we are glad to Give our maximum help

thanks,
Dinesh

    Thanks
