The sample client executables are in the AXIS2_INSTALL_DIR\bin\samples. For example in my machine it is D:\axis2c\build\axis2c-bin-0.94-win32 \bin\samples.Go to this folder and run the .exe files with the localhost url. For example to run echo sample,
