Please see the error generated in the raw_xml_in_out_msg_recv.c(109)
file. Why am I getting this error? Is it because axis2/C cannot find
my library file?
Yes. That the the most possible reason.
If yes, how should I solve this problem?
On Windows, you can add the DLL to your path variable. On Linux, the .so
file's path could be added to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable. Please try that.
