I managed to get the path to the Service to be /axis2/services/TestData in the client. Even though this is not a usable solution for production it did enable the server to locate the service, it then generated another set of errors which I am looking at now... I still need to work out how to get the server to not require the prefix... but at least I can find the service.. even if it wont run yet...
