Hi Shoba, It is hard to figure out the error with the provided information. But these are some of the things that can go wrong.
Invalid configuration in the httpd.conf File system access rights problems with the Axis2/C directory or axis2/c log file Invalid axis2/c configurations. i.e invalid services Does the axis2_http_server working fine? Are you using a binary version of Axis2/C/ The binary is built with Apache 2.2. So it can be a problem as well. Supun..
