Hi, I don't see any problem in the request message. I doubt you give the same wsdl to SOAPUI test and the Axis2/C code. For an example the wsdl this message generated has targetNamespace " http://ws.apache.org/axis2/services/Calculator/types".
May be in the wsdl given to SOAPUI the targetNamespace is different. (you may have changed it to your own one).
