http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15328 Unnecessary namespace definitions generated in serialization [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |FIXED ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-07-04 06:22 ------- Sorry for no response to Tom's question back in December. Yes, I entered this bug when the fix to the earlier http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15015 was incorrectly implemented. The bug was actually corrected soon after I entered it - the CVS log at http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-axis/java/src/org/apache/axis/encoding/SerializationContextImpl.java shows a comment that this was fixed in 1.86 (though it looks like the counter-intuitive NSStack API is still causing problems, judging from recent fixes by dims). Don't know why it never got updated here.
