Heejune, MessageElement will implement org.w3.dom.Node and SOAPPart will implement org.w3.dom.Document interface. We cannot extend xerces internal classes as this will cause MAJOR problems when people want to use other parsers. Can you PLEASE help us at Axis to implement SAAJ 1.2? I can check in an initial changes to all the class structure and then you can flesh out the code. How does that sound?
