I'm an intermediate level Java programmer, and I would like to contribute to
AXIS.
welcome, and I am glad you want to get involved in Axis. We should warn you that some bits of it are (a) badly documented and (b) complex java. Anything with reflection is usually complex, for example. Axis can be hard to find your way around.
Can anyone offer suggestions on a bug that I could get my feet wet with? Trolling through bugzilla is little daunting and not necessarily a good way to determine the complexity of a bug...
well, if you are using axis, what is the bug that most matters to you? That is probably the best way to start.
