WSDL 1.2 is still a pretty raw working draft of the WS Desc WG
of the W3C. The next draft is likely to be quite solid, but 
that's my personal opinion.

As such, nothing supports WSDL 1.2 yet as it doesn't exist! Axis
supports WSDL 1.1, although WSDL 1.1 is far from a de jure standard.
It is however a de facto standard.
